Free sample documents are intended to better illustrate the type of concepts, models and tools we use at AlignTro Group while working with our clients. You may find out that some conceputal slides and documents help to understand better selected concepts.
The free samples are not copies of any final deliverables to our clients with disguised names, but rather advanced concepts, models and tools. Any final deliverables to our clients become their intellectual property and they are protected under Non-Dislosure Agreements (NDAs).

Net/Net: This model illustrates how to use a "zero sum game" approach when funding new strategic sales initiatives during a company's turnaround. The first phase in any turnaround is to significally reduce expenses, sell non-core assets to focus only on core businesses and improve balance sheet. After completing the first phase and re-gaining a temporary financial equilibrium, any additional "savings" from further expense reductions should be "re-invested" to fund strategic initiatives focused on stabilizing and increasing sales revenue in the short-run (next few quarters). The essense of this model, which is used in the Phase 2 of turnaround, is to ensure that only most impactful sales initiatives are funded after being prioritized based on strategic importance and calculated ROI. Another important issue is to assure that the entire approach is treated as a critical business process with a very tight "control loop." Once a company re-gains some sales momentum and starts to generate free cash flow, the turnaround management team can resume spending intended to position the company for the growth in a longer term.
